How to use Rotate PDF
Open the Rotate tool
Go to Tools and click Rotate PDF.
Upload your PDF
Drop your PDF onto the upload area.
Choose rotation
Select 90 clockwise, 180 degrees, or 270 clockwise (which is the same as 90 anticlockwise) from the dropdown.
Rotate
Click Rotate PDF. All pages will be rotated by the same amount.
Download
Download the rotated PDF.
Tips for best results
To rotate only specific pages, use the Add/Remove Pages extract feature to pull out those pages, rotate them, then merge them back.
270 clockwise is equivalent to 90 anticlockwise.
If a scanned document appears sideways, 90 clockwise is usually the correct fix.
Common questions
Can I rotate individual pages differently?
Not in this tool. Use the Pages tool to extract specific pages, rotate them, and merge them back.
My PDF still opens sideways after rotating. Why?
Some PDF viewers override page rotation. Try opening in a different viewer, or try rotating 180 instead.
