1. Who we are
LetXDocs is a service operated by LetX Enterprises Private Limited, a company registered in India. Our registered website is letxenterprises.com. You can contact us at delivery@letxenterprises.com.
2. What data we collect
- Account data: email address, name, and profile picture when you sign up or log in with Google.
- Usage data: which tools you use, file sizes processed, and timestamps - used to enforce daily limits and show your history.
- Payment data: handled entirely by Stripe or Razorpay. We never store card numbers or bank details.
- Files: uploaded files are processed in memory and permanently deleted within 1 hour. We do not read, store, or share your document contents.
3. How we use your data
- To provide the PDF processing service
- To enforce free tier daily limits (5 tasks/day)
- To manage your subscription and billing
- To send transactional emails (account confirmation, password reset)
We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising.
4. File handling and security
All file uploads are processed over HTTPS. Files are held in memory during processing and are never written to permanent storage. Any temporary data is automatically deleted within 1 hour of upload. We do not access, read, or analyse the contents of your documents.
5. Third-party services
- Supabase - authentication and database (GDPR compliant, EU hosted)
- Stripe - international payment processing
- Razorpay - Indian payment processing
- Google - optional OAuth sign-in
6. Your rights
You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing delivery@letxenterprises.com. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
