1. Service provider
LetXDocs is operated by LetX Enterprises Private Limited, registered in India. By using LetXDocs you agree to these terms.
2. Acceptable use
- You must be at least 13 years old to use this service.
- You may only upload files you own or have the legal right to process.
- You may not use the service for any unlawful purpose.
- You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, overload, or disrupt the service.
- Automated or bulk use beyond the stated limits requires a written agreement.
3. Free tier limits
Free accounts are limited to 5 processing tasks per day and 10 MB per file. These limits are subject to change with reasonable notice.
4. Paid plans
Pro and Teams subscriptions are billed in advance. You may cancel at any time. Upon cancellation, access continues until the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial periods unless required by applicable law.
5. File responsibility
You retain full ownership of all files you upload. We process files solely to deliver the requested service. Files are deleted within 1 hour of upload. We are not responsible for data loss resulting from processing errors.
6. Service availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LetX Enterprises Private Limited is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of LetXDocs.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.
