How to use Reorder Pages
Open the Reorder tool
Go to Tools and click Reorder Pages.
Upload your PDF
Drop your PDF. Page thumbnails appear after upload.
Drag to reorder
Click and hold any page thumbnail, then drag it to a new position. The other pages shift to make room.
Apply
Click Apply new order. The button is disabled until you change the order from the original.
Download
Download the reordered PDF.
Tips for best results
On a touchscreen, touch and hold a page thumbnail for one second before dragging.
The Apply button only becomes active once you have moved at least one page. This prevents accidentally downloading without changes.
Common questions
Can I duplicate a page?
Not in this tool. Use Merge PDF and upload the same file twice, then use Reorder to arrange the duplicated pages.
My PDF has 50 pages. Will this be slow?
The thumbnails are lightweight placeholders, not rendered images. Performance is the same regardless of page count.
