How to use Merge PDF
Open the Merge tool
Go to Tools and click Merge PDF, or visit letxdocs.letxenterprises.com/tools/merge directly.
Upload your files
Drag and drop up to 20 PDF files onto the upload area, or click to browse your device. Files appear as chips below the drop zone.
Reorder if needed
Drag the file chips left or right to change the order they will appear in the merged document.
Merge
Click the blue Merge PDF button. Processing takes under 3 seconds for most files.
Download
Click Download to save the merged PDF to your device. Your files are deleted from our servers after 1 hour.
Tips for best results
You need at least 2 files to merge. The button will not appear with only one file.
Compress large files before merging to keep the output size manageable.
Rename your files with numbers (01-intro, 02-chapter) before uploading so they sort in the right order.
Common questions
How many files can I merge?
Up to 20 files in a single merge. If you need to merge more, merge 20 at a time and then merge the results.
Is there a file size limit?
Free plan: 10 MB per file. Pro plan: 200 MB per file.
Do I need an account?
No. You can merge PDFs without signing in for your first 10 tasks per day.
