Tips for best results
Works best on text-based PDFs. If your PDF is a scan, use OCR first.
Very long documents are processed up to 80,000 characters (roughly 60-80 pages) per request.
The summary uses structured markdown with headings and bullet points for easy reading.
Common questions
What AI model is used?
LetXDocs uses Meta Llama 3.3 70B, one of the most capable and fastest open AI models available, via our AI processing infrastructure.
Is my document content sent to a third party?
The text content is sent to our AI processing provider for inference. Our AI provider does not train models on customer API data. For highly sensitive documents, consider whether AI processing is appropriate.
The summary seems incomplete. Why?
Very long documents are truncated at 80,000 characters. The summary reflects what was processed, which may not include the final pages.
