How to use AI Chat with PDF
Open the tool
Go to Tools and click AI Chat with PDF.
Upload your PDF
Drop your PDF. The AI loads the document content.
Ask a question
Type your question in the chat box at the bottom and press Enter or click the send button. Examples: "What are the key conclusions?" or "What does section 3 say about payments?"
Continue the conversation
Ask follow-up questions. The AI remembers the context of the conversation.
Tips for best results
Specific questions get better answers than general ones. "What is the deadline in clause 4?" works better than "Tell me about deadlines".
If the AI says it cannot find something, try rephrasing. The same information might be expressed differently.
The chat works best with text-based PDFs. Use OCR first if your PDF is a scan.
Common questions
Can the AI read tables and charts?
It can read the text in tables and the labels in charts but cannot interpret the visual structure of charts. Describe what you are looking for in the chart and ask about specific values.
Does the AI remember previous conversations?
Only within the same session. If you close or refresh the page, the conversation history is cleared.
